I haven't been billed since November 18 - Plus wrong product showing

I know that many are experiencing the issue but as mentioned the call centre or live chat is usually... not much help.

 

Is there any update on when my bill will be sorted? My next bill is '24 Dec 18' according to my account.

 

Also on my account it says I'm on Fibre Unlimited - I WISH! I'm on ADSL [-Censored-] as that's all that's available - can this be sorted? Or can you at least pay the £3,000 fee to Openreach to cable my street so I can be on the package shown?

Good news is they will only charge for the last 90 days, so looks you might be joining me in the free BB Club. They say only reserved for a select few LOL.
