Hello, i have paid my bill, but my account is still restricted. Can someone please sort it.

I'm really sorry to see you're having issues after paying your bill.
I can see we fully removed restrictions by the 16.03.22. Do you get any particular error when you try to get online?

I am online, but when I log into my plus net account. it says service restricted. And I have paid my bill.

Ah thanks for clarifying that!
I'm aware of a known problem we have affecting a few accounts where the website advises you're restricted when there aren't any showing. I'd recommend keeping an eye on it as this may likely update itself in due course.
Feel free to let me know if it's longer than a month and I can see what I can do to chase this up.
