I have been billed twice

Hi there, it would seem I have been billed twice on the 6th May.

Have you been charged the 'out of contract' rate because your contract is due to expire ? (note that charges are a month in advance)

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Nope, I'm still in contract, but on my bank account statement I have two separate payments for the same amount on the 6th of may.

OK, that does sound like a billing hiccup. I suggest calling customer services.
