I didn't get my referral discount

Hi, I recently referred a relative to PlusNet and after being billed today I have noticed that the discount hasn't been applied.

Any chance my referral can be looked at "soulza" is the releative i referred he did send it in a ticket becasue he did not know my username

Ah ok, I think it was missed as it was added to an unrelated ticket. I'll go sort that out.
