I cannot check my bill due to restrictions...

I cannot pay my bill or even see my bill due to the restrictions on my account. I was wondering if any one could help.

 

Also another thing, despite me changing my charge date to the 14th it doesn't attempt to charge me until the 21st meaning I cannot pay until the 28th.

Apologies for the issues you've encountered with the service. It looks like restrictions have now been lifted and you should be able to use the service as normal.
