Hi, the subject line is self explanatory. I, by mistake, cancelled my direct debit and now would love to set it up again. I tried to do so on the plusnet website but the 'Change payment method' button is greyed out for me. Could you help me with the issue please?
Hi @jheek1234, thanks for getting back in touch. I'm afraid if you're needing to adjust the direct debit details or set them up again then this can't be done until the services are set up. I'd advise then, looking to re-set up the direct debit again after your services are live and this should be ready with plenty of time ahead of your following monthly invoice a month later.
