I can't log Into My Account
I am no longer a PN customer however I do have a dial up account and referrals I still receive monies for, I have asked for the password reminder a lot of times and each time I log In with the details I am given I cant log In. Help from PN would be appreciated.

He refreshed the portal login component on your account, which basically makes sure that all the necessary information is in the relevant database. Not sure what happened to make that necessary though, sorry about that.
