I bet Plusnet wonder why I'm leaving! (actually, I'm sure they couldn't care less)

Hmm, received a mail stating a £2.80 charge for leaving early.

 

My contract with Plusnet ends 29/10/18, new one starts with TalkTalk 30/10/18.

 

Do you know what early means?

 

You sure don't know the meaning of minimum, not once have I hit my guaranteed minimum connection speed since I've had fibre.

 

Roll on the 30th.

Sorry to hear this.

As far as I'm aware the charges in the e-mail go off when we've received the request to transfer the line rather than when the line is due to transfer.

If you do get charged early termination fees despite being out of a contract we'll happily refund these

Regarding your final invoice, this is generated and you will receive notification of this within 21 days of your service cancelling.
