I am trying to pay my overdue bill

hi can anyone help me I am trying to pay my overdue bill with my debit card but it won't let me

What issues do you seem to be seeing when you try to pay online? I have taken a look at your account, and there doesn't seem to be any problems on our side.

My apologies. It seems like payment was submitted on the 4th via Direct Debit. Your account should be sorted over the next couple of days or so.
