I am leaving plusnet broadband and phone tomorrow, am I due a refund

I am leaving plusnet tomorrow, broadband and phone,  I have just paid for these services in advance when will i receive my refund>?

Thank you for taking your time to get in touch.

I am very sorry that you are having a problem with our service. When the account is closed you will receive a pro rata refund for any services paid over during that month. On this we will add any extra charges if there are any outstanding for example extra call charges. This will happen anytime up to 20 days of the account being closed.
