I am billed even though I am no longer a Customer

How do I make Plusnet realise that I cancelled Broadband with them, made my final payment and was disconnected? Yet they are still billing me and charging me for missed payments? I do not have Broadband anymore with them, why are they still emailing me bills?

The same is happening to me, have been trying to get this resolved for weeks now. Not happy 😕

Same here, still getting chase emails for bills after line ceased , and now telling me that my service has been restricted 🃏
The new billing system seems to be totally out of control.
You can check out but you can never leave ( easily)
