I am awaiting confirmation of my new offer

Hello,

I spoke with Paul on Saturday 11th February. He said the new offer would be available until 13th February and details would be put on my account.

I cannot find any details and I cannot raise a question or contact anyone to accept the offer.

Please can you help?
