I Can't Log in to my account

Hi, No matter how I try I can't log in to my account on 2 different computers.

I have used Edge and Chrome and neither work

What is going on as I see other people have the same problems?

An issue has arose whereby if your password has special characters £$%^&@ etc, it isn't allowing you to access your account. This could be why and Plusnet have not as yet told us why or what changed to cause it.

Many thanks this has fixed my problem. You would have thought PlusNet would let people know.

They seem to not care these days about problems.

Hmm, yes, you could think that. It is a very recent issue, what and why would help us too, as would reverting the change.

(they even advise us to use special characters as well)

I hope to think Plusnet will be keeping tabs on these reports and let us all know when the passwords can be changed back to use special characters, though I wouldn't hold my breath any time soon.
