Hypothetical billing query

I say hypothetical because it relates to changing over to FTTC, and my exchange (Bermondsey) live date has now slipped to 31/12/2012... (gotta love living in one of the biggest broadband black spots in London!)
I currently have a discount on my package as compensation for a nightmarish house move, so if the exchange gets updated sooner than the above, would I be able to carry this discount over when I switched?
See question 47958247 if you need more info...

Re: Hypothetical billing query

Hi there,
I believe the discounts would be removed when the account change happens, but they should be re-added again afterwards at the same values as previously (monetary values that is, rather than percentage). So yes, you will keep your discounts if you move to a fibre account.
