How to stop these clowns from billing me?

This has been going on since February. Each month Plusnet keep taking £35.99 out of my account, when they should only be taking £24.99. I keep phoning support and they confirm theyll only take £24.99, and then lo adn behold they take another £35.99.

How can I stop this happening!? Perhaps someone from Plusnet could see this and actually help me?

Ive just spoken to one of their support. Very helpful chap. Hopefully thats solved the issue.
