How to remove old redundant account

Hi there,
I've returned to PlusNet on 16/12 after a break of about 7 years or so. My old account is still active and I'd like to remove it if possible. I've cleared the emails out and would be happy to reply to any mail to the old mailbox to prove authenticity

Can you just raise a ticket on the account please. Once you've done it, post the ticket number here so that we can take a look. Cheers.

Thanks Tony, wasn't sure how to raise a ticket but used the online chat to Tech Support and following security check the acount has been deleted so now there's only one of me  Smiley
