How to pay final invoice after moving abroad

Hi, 

I tried to reach the Plusnet customer service through Twitter twice, with no response.

I moved out of the UK into Egypt and cancelled my broadband service. However, I received an email about a final bill for £1.32 that needs to be paid by calling an 0800 number.

Unfortunately, this number is only accessible from within the UK. Moreover, I do not have a phone subscription yet here.

Is there an alternative way to settle this bill?

You could try +44 345 140 0200 instead.

Sign up for a UK voice over IP phone number with Sipgate and, once you've put £10 on the account, it will cost you 1.2p/minute to phone most  UK numbers.

Thank you, I was able to speak to someone. However, they are now telling me to wait for the billing department to get back in touch. If all goes smoothly from here, I will mark the issue as fixed.
