How to make things easy for partner when account holder dies

I hope I will be here for a good while longer yet, but with cancer the writing is on the wall and one day my wife will be left to pick up the pieces.
we have seen here that PN demand to speak to the account holder.
I wouldn't like to move account in her name as she is not technically savvy like me.

Re: How to make things easy for partner when account holder dies

Hi Mal08,
Thank you for getting in touch with us regarding this situation.
From previous experience it is something we would not be able to do because of certain contractual circumstances and other processes that we have in place for if the unfortunate was to happen.
With this I would firstly put your wife on the account as an authorised user which can be done by giving us a quick call on 0800 432 0200 and speaking to our customer services team. With this as well I will look into this and see if there is anything that we can do to assist you with this as I can't promise you anything at this time.

See my warning about authorised users though - for others seeing this
