How to get a billing error fixed when Plusnet is not receiving calls or chat?

Anyone know how I can raise a query with Plusnet when they are shutting off calls and not enabling chat at present?  I renewed my contract last month, got the confirmation emails at my new rate.  A month later I got an email to say my contract is coming to an end and telling me the bill would be going up.  Bears no relation to my agreed new contract.

 

Today I got my bill which is higher than the agreed rate.  There used to be a way of raising a support ticket with Plusnet online, but I can't find this anymore.  How do I get this fixed please?

Hopefully a Plusnet staff member will pick this up here.

If a moderator can move this to a more specific forum - My Account / Billing - it will be more visible to the correct CS staff.

Thanks jgb, good idea. The message on Plusnet CS line is to use the Community, so I really do hope someone from PN is monitoring this board. Otherwise it's a bit cheeky.
