How to find if I am on a 12 month discount

Hi I signed up to phone and broadband 12 months ago and pay a discounted broadband, but I have been trying to find out if this is a 12 month discount or ongoing.
I have been having a look through my account details but all that seems to show is the current discount but not how long it will run, so anyway to find out these details ?

basically all special offers are time limited so the answer is that it isn't ongoing
