How to find cancellation date

Hi all,

Can someone please tell me how I find out when my contract is due to end? Ive been going around and around my account page!

I'm moving in with someone who already has a provider and so need to cancel my own contract.

Re: How to find cancellation date

Hi @suzgrif61

Unfortunately, the minimum term end date is not provided

If you login to your account here

You can view the date your services was ordered, also under the cost heading, you will see the amount to pay upon cancellation.

Alternatively, you can speak to Customer Options who will provide you will the exact date and if there are any cancellation costs.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Re: How to find cancellation date

@suzgrif61 there should now be a ticket on your account with the contract details.

Let me know if you have any questions

Re: How to find cancellation date

I'm assuming that you've got a bit to go on your contract?

To avoid any early termination fees, and if the people you're moving in with are happy with this, we could see if we can arrange for your service to be moved to your new address by installing a second line at their address.

Our House Moves should be able to help on 0800 013 2632 if you'd like to go ahead.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
