How to claim reward card?

Hi,

 

i got offered a £70.00 reward card when switching to you guys but i have no clue how to claim it? No information at all in any of my emails from you.

 

Can anyone shed some light on this please. Thanks

You should get an email about 10 days after your account goes live, to claim the reward.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
