Welcome to the forums, @Rachellifeng  - and probably goodbye.😁

When you say you wish to cancel, is that to move to another provider, or to totally close down your broadband and phone service?

As @jab1 says it differs as to what you want to do. If the intention is to move to another ISP, just sign up with the new provider near the contract end date. The process is driven by your new provider. It takes around 14 days to migrate over to another. Just don't cancel the line if you really mean you want to move to another ISP.

If you mean a total cease, you might be better off phoning up.

Ever helpful. Grin Sure, I’d love to help you out. Now which way did you come in?
