How to cancel call plan before renewing?

When I log in to my account it comes up with an offer of a new contract for £23.99. I am out of contract and currently paying £30.98 including a £5 call plan. I want to cancel this call plan before renewing however when i try to renew it will only give the option to renew at £30.98, no option to cancel the call plan? I hope this makes sense! All I want is the £23.99 deal without the call plan! Thanks for any help
