How to cancel Plusnet?

Please can you arrange for my account to be cancelled after 1st August 2020? I have tried to contact through Twitter however I have not received a response.

You cannot cancel your account over social media likr this unless a Plusnet staffer comes along and raises a ticket for you, you need to ring in. Are you cancelling because you no longer need a service provided by the BT infrastructure? If you are just moving to another ISP using this infrastructure you should leave it to your new ISP to transfer the service rather than cancel it.

I've signed up to BT's FTTP service so I am guessing I need to cancel the broadband PN provides separately? 

I've had a letter from PN confirming BT are taking my phone number but that's it.

If your phone number (and so the phone line) is transferred, then your broadband will cease at the same time.
