Tried calling plusnet several times to discuss renewing contract etc, telephone number just keeps saying "we are unable to take your call". Contract due to end 31 March, don't want to be charged out of contract prices? Any suggestions ? Are Plusnet letting contract run over at existing prices until the current crisis ends? Any info appreciated?
onlyme4- Don`t know what PN number you have been calling but the number I used to re-contract recently was the customer options 0800 013 2632 and got an answer within four minutes just over a week ago but I realise COVID has possibly put more delays into the call centre system at PlusNet since then.
If you have had an offer from PN either through your account or by email (or haven`t) it`s worth making the call regardless because you know you have spoken to someone about any offers sent to you and whether you want to accept one, or negotiate something yourself. Hope a staff member can reply to you soon before your current contract is up and your charges roll over causing higher monthly payments. All the best.
