In December I was overcharged by the amount of phone rental (£18.99),this happened because of failure to recognise I renewed the annual charge.
It has now been acknowledged on two occasions that Im due a credit and this would deducted from a future bill.
My latest bill for this month still shows no credit so I still wait.
Go to the fix.
