How long to confirm fibre install appointments?

Hi,
How long does it usually take for confirmation of a fibre installation appointment to be received from BT?
I have a provisional appointment booked, but I am waiting for it to be confirmed and I wonder how long that process takes.
(Ticket #58732835 if any kind folk from PlusNet take a look.)

Hi AlexM,
I have checked your date and it has been confirmed for the 05/09/12 AM slot. It can take around 48 hours to confirm normally, but this can be dependent on work-load.
You ticket #58732835 will updated accordingly.

Hi Chris,
Many thanks for checking up for me and for confirming the date.
I had tried to find out this answer in the FAQs and other information about the Fibre Installations, but had failed.  Maybe there is room for a small update to them to help others looking for the same sort of information.
