I signed up with Plusnet on 23rd February 2016. Received the automated welcome email straightaway and a letter with account details by post however no further email or text message about any further updates
Today is 8th March and no sign of any router nor any text message or any email.
Upon signup I choosed the first payment from my card straightaway rather than choosing a direct debit option as the website advised to pay the first payment by card to speed up the process of activation!!!!
