How long for final bill?

My service was cancelled on 17/08. The 3rd is my normal billing day but still no final bill (with refund produced). Do I need to request it or is it automatic?

Final bills are normally produced 21 days after the closure of the service. You may get a full normal monthly bill as the 3rd is your normal billing date followed by the final bill a couple of days after.
