I cannot answer your question but looking on that section of the forum that deals with billing it appears there are a number of customers with problems following a change of software by PN.
To by knowledge this has been going on for months, I think PN have a responsibility to confirm when this new system is sorted and until such time take no money from new customers until the issue is sorted to prevent this type of problem.
