How long does cancellation take after the 10 day notice period?
And when would I receive my final invoice?

If its a cancellation rather than a downgrade to another account type then that usually happens at the end of the current billing period.

Sorry, I meant to say that downgrades are done at the end of the billing period, cancellations are now done at the end of the 10 day notice period and a pro-rata refund is given if one is required.

Sorry to hijack the thread but can you check when I can submit my cancellation and also the cost of this? I understand it is in May 2012 but I require the actual date that I can submit my cancellation if possible.

You can submit your cancellation at any time, obviously we'd rather ask if there's anything we can do that might help change your mind first though.
