Hi @jstallan, thanks for getting in touch. I can confirm we can re-contract customers up to 3 months prior to the contract end date so if you're looking to re-contract then I'd advise giving our customer options team a call when we reach the equivalent end date but in August and our Customer Options Team will be happy to help you re-contract.
They are contactable directly on 0800 013 2632 and they are open between the following hours:
Monday - Friday: 08:00 - 20:00
Saturday: 09:00 - 19:00
Sunday: 09:00 - 18:00
Just a heads up that from towards the start of this year we ended our offer of Line Rental Saver so when it comes to re-contracting this won't be an option to renew as it sounds like you previously would have.
