How do you contact plusnet customer services if no one answers the phone

My BB contract finishes on June 10th. Customer services are not answering the phone. I want to stop receiving BB and end my phone call packages but keep my landline.

Is it possible to do this online?.

Most of what I have seen online is to upgrade services not down grade them. 

Evenually when my prepaid landline rental finsihes in December I will want to port my number to another service provider.

Plusnet havne't done anything wrong, its' just that mobile broadband is my better option.

That would have been possible some years ago, but now you can't have a Plusnet landline without broadband.  😒

The older I get, the earlier it gets late.

I'm afraid that PlusNet , like most ISP's, don't offer a phone only product.

Just got through to plusnet on the phone (different number).

I can either end all services with PN on June 10th and no extra charge but loose six months landline rental saver

or pay £10.99 per month for broadband till end of line rental saver.

Not great choices.

Looks like I will be using voip and mobile phones sooner than expected.
