Hi. When I renewed (and upgraded to fibre) I was told by Plusnet call centre it would be easy to pay my LSR so it all ended at the same time. However, the fibre upgrade happened (without notice) a couple of weeks ago...so what happens in terms of LSR? Ideally I'd like the month of 'full price' line rental I seem to have been charged reflected before I pay for 12 months of LSR.
