How do I leave plusnet?

Hello,

I am no longer under contract with plusnet and would like to leave. I have tried contacting you on various phone numbers and on twitter support and I cannot get through. The twitter account has just ignored my messages despite being a seemingly active account.

I understand the situation that you are currently in because of coronavirus outbreak, however this does not change my scenario and after reading your website, there appears to be no way to do this other than to call. Obviously I am unable to do this and the only message I got from calling is to try on this forum.

So, can anyone help?

Are you wishing to cancel all services, or just migrating to a different ISP?

@jamesingham1988 Welcome to the forums. If you wish to change ISPs you do not need to contact Plusnet. The procedure is 'Gaining Provider Led', in other words, you apply to whoever you wish to move to, and they do all the work.

If you're migrating to another provider that use the BT network (i.e not Virgin) you don't need to tell PN the company you're moving to will take care of that.

Hi,

I am migrating to KCOM as they now provide fibre to the area but no other ISP are able to. I asked KC about this when I signed up and they said they do not deal with switching and I just need to cancel my current provider.
