How do I go about repayment for dongle

Hi, how do I go about obtaining the refund for the dongle I purchased when my broadband had an initial fault ?

Unless Plusnet agreed to pay for it I guess that you could try the small claims court.

Plusnet are a budget residential ISP, they do not guarantee a 24/7 fault free connection and I have little doubt that you will find no such committment in the T's and C's to which you agreed when you took up the service.
