How do I get sent a bill, rather than having to log in to look for one?

Hi,
Does anyone know how I can receive bills from PlusNet? I don't mind if they are sent via e-mail or the post, I just want to receive a bill each month or quarter rather than have to make time to log in, hunt around, find them etc. I just want to receive a bill that I can read.

The short answer is - you don't.
It is easy to get to your bill though - just click on the link provided in the email 'Advance notice of your Direct Debit payment', log in, then click 'View my bill' in the list of options.
