Hi, I recently signed up to plusnet but my router was not dispatched in time. It arrived 3 days after installation after having to chase it up. So for those 3 days we were without any broadband. How do I go about getting this taken off my monthly bill? Also me & my husband both had to purchase £5 of mobile data. We hadn't anticipated being without broadband & both had work to do online so we couldn't go without. Is there any of claiming that £10 back or getting a it taken off our bill?

We're unable to cover your mobile data and as the downtime is such a minimal amount when your monthly discounts are taken into account, I've added a full months service (BB & Line rental) credit to the account which will take care of the next bill in its entirety, providing that no chargeable calls are made.
