How do I get a Mac Key out of Metronet

Phoned Friday 13th June, and wasted 20 minutes, mostly talking to Wasim.  Website says if you phone you get a Mac key straightaway.  Wrong.  But he said we'd receive it in 5 days - as the rules require.
Of course it hasn't arrived.
So what exactly can I do to get the key?  I want to switch accounts to Icuk.

Hi, sorry about the delay.
You should receive an email soon with a link to login to our site which will lead you to a support ticket containing the MAC key.
UPDATE: A colleague has just added the MAC key to ticket 87567818 for you. Any problems just drop a reply back to this post please and I'll pick it up.

No problem, I picked up on a mistake which is why it was slightly delayed. Some feedback has been passed on.
