How do I download a proper Bill ?

Hi I need to provide my employer with proper bills for my Plusnet account, they wont accept the printable version from the website and they want something that does not say this is not a VAT bill. I need a proper bill showing the logos etc and the full amounts ( i don't need itemisation).
I also have a BT account and from that I can just download a PDF of each bill that woudl be perfect but I cant find the Plusnet equivalent anywhere.
How do I get proper bills?

Hi there,
Your future bills will now state our VAT number, when you goto print this you can choose to print/save to PDF.
