How do I downgrade my service to phone line only

Hi 

 

I would like to remove broadband from my package but cant seem to be ablle to do as the only option is to upgrade

 

Because of the slow speeds on my copper line I have had to get satellite internet and only need a phone line

 

I have tried to ring the help line but there is a long wait

Hello,

This might not be something offered by Plus Net, suggest calling Customer Options Team on 0800 013 2632 and have a chat with them. Waiting times are usually shorter.

Like most ISP's, PlusNet do not offer a phone only product.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

I'm pretty sure that Plusnet don't do phone line only.

 

Your best option would be to migrate your landline to Pulse8 for £16.20/month + very cheap call charges.
