How do I do final payment? Your Web is failing!

Hi,
I am moving home and had to cancel my broadband.
I have been requested to make a final payment, but I was not given any instructions on how to do it!!
The web interfase does not offer me a clear option to do the payment.
I opened a ticket asking, but it has not been answered after more than a week.
In the help page on payments:
https://www.plus.net/help/my-account/paying-your-bill/
there is no info about final payments. The section on overdue bills provides quite unspecific info, saying: "Pay the way you usually do".
They also suggest to use the page: https://www.plus.net/pay but when you follow the link you reach a 404 error page: "Sorry we couldn't find the page you were looking for".
This is really frustrating.
Could you please give me precise instructions on how to make a payment?

When I used a browser where I wasn't logged in, the page was redirected to this one:
https://portal.plus.net/apps/payment/failed/retry
that asked me to introduce my user / password.
When entered, this was the response:

It may be easier if you phone up, or if it's not to busy try chat to see if they can give you a URL to use.
