How do I add a person as an authorised user?
Hi, I set up a Plusnet account with phone and broadband for my grandma but using my details - I would like her to be an authorised user; to have the ability to call up and check details or modify the account or even cancel the account should she wish. She probably wont need to, but just in case. I am not finding anywhere to add the details of a second user.

Welcome to our Community forums. I've tried to find the account in question, however there are two accounts registered under the same email address. Please send me a Private Message with the account username that you'd like to add an authorised user on. I'll create a ticket on the account which you'd need to respond to for the action to be taken.
Please note, that while authorised users can speak to us about the account, they are not able to make any contractual changes, such as upgrades/cancellations.
