I've recently left Plusnet as I've moved abroad. I received a letter requesting final payment, along with a telephone number to make the payment on. However, when I ring the number it says payments cannot be accepted over the phone and refers me to the website to pay. Which I can't do, as my logins have been cancelled. Which genius thought that one up?
I could hang on for Customer Services on the off chance that they might be able to help me over the telephone anyway, but there's no way I'm waiting 45 minutes on hold from abroad, sorry. Anyone know how I can get my payment to Plusnet without using The Force?
