How To Pay for 12 Month Line Rental Saver

My 12 month Line Rental Saver is due for renewal and if I don't make the payment soon I will revert to the monthly fee but I cannot find where on the website I can make this payment. Does anyone know how I can make this payment?

Hi @janicehillrtl you should have received a email notification a couple of months before the renewal date with a link to the payment page.

If you have lost/deleted the email, have a look at 'Offers & Upgrades' in your Member Centre.

Thanks but the link doesn't work - see attached.  It has been the same for the last 3 or 4 years and normally I phone and make payment over the phone, however the message on the phone advises they are (quite rightly) prioritising vulnerable customers and I didn't want to take up their time.

That is weird - what is your current call pln?

I don't think I have a call plan as I don't have a landline phone.  I just pay the line rental to use the internet.  I have been on the 12 month saver for about 4 or 5 years now but haven't been able to make payment online yet.

Ah, that makes sense. I'm afraid you'll have to call then - but be prepared for a wait.

OK, thanks.  No problem with the wait, at least now I know I need to phone up each year.
