Re: House move to a new build house.

Not according to this http://www.plus.net/info2/legal/price_guide.html
If you look at Early trmination fees on Plusnet Fibre unlimited its £5.75 x the remaining months left. I subscribed in March 2012 so I have to pay £63.25

Re: House move to a new build house.

Nope
When you moved to unlimited fibre on 24 Jan 2013 you started a new 18 month contract

Re: House move to a new build house.

Not really because it doesn't mention a new contract and the only thing where it says contract is when I first joined:

I’m already part way through an annual/18 month contract, can I still upgrade?
Yes, you will be released from any existing contract and a new contract started based on the terms you agree to when upgrading

Shoot  Angry Angry Angry
That is totally unfair.  Can't stand another 18 months with PN!!! I want to take this matter further!
Will speak to them next week, to see if we can make a compromise.  I only switched because PN were the only provider in the area apart from BT which weren't an option when I choose FTTC.
I don't want PN at my new house as they are rubbish and charge a lot on mobile rates! And i'm most certainly not forking out £240 when i'm trying to save
I can only express my emotion using emoticons!!

I'M REALLY ANGRY WITH YOU PLUSNET!! YOU WON'T HEAR THE LAST OF THIS.  AND IT CERTAINLY WASN'T CLEARLY TOLD WHEN I UPGRADED!!!

Re: House move to a new build house.

Not bad actually if you look at the correct figures
From January 2013 - Start an 18 month contract.
its now April - so 4 months taken off.  So 14 months left on contract.
£5.75 x 14 + £25 cessation charge = £105.50p
(Is the cessation charge that necessary?)
Plus I have the left overs of money from the house being sold!!  Grin
P.S I take back my last post! No offence PlusNet. It just made me choke for a second!
