Hi, I have been trying to phone PlusNet for a number of days to inform them of my house move, which is Friday 27th March. I have been on the phone for over 4 hours over a number of days and I can't get through.
Is there any other way to contact PlusNet to inform them of a house move?
If I cannot get through to them, do I just cancel my direct debit on the day I move out of my house and then pay the cancellation fee whenever I can either get in touch with PlusNet or they contact me?
Any help gratefully received.

Great news! Literally just as I posted the message, I finally got through to Plusnet Customer Services who soughed me out. Great service once I got through so all resolved now.
