House Move Update

hi there,

my broadband account is currently in the process of being moved over to my new address and i was wondering what sort of time-frame i could expect before everything is fully setup?

 

my ticket number is 127267638 just in case it's needed.

I'm just getting this looked into for you.

The order to activate the line at your new property has been placed and should complete on Monday.

Once that's been done we'll place your broadband order which should take another 4 working days.
