As of yesterday, I've now had 12 consecutive correct monthly Plusnet bills. For anyone who remembers the myriad billing problems Plusnet used to subject me to, this is rather significant indeed.

Surely THE BUTTON should be capitalised? It is our magic button, after all. You know, the one we push to fix accounts/fix the internets/break things/install people's broadband/upgrade something/reboot someone's router for them.
